How To Actually Grow Your Business
In business there are only a certain number of things you can do that actually move the needle and take you closer to your goals.
Doesn’t matter if you’re a B2B service provider like I am, or a DTC store like most of you are. You usually know what actions need to be taken to achieve the next goal.
To grow any business you need to get more traffic, and then convert that traffic.
For me, I do that by:
Posting long form YouTube videos
Writing tweets and linkedin posts
Sending cold emails
Sending DMs
Doing free work
Writing emails to this newsletter
That’s about it. This is what I spend about 85% of my time doing.
The other 15% is fulfilment & helping my team be their best.

Making creatives
Writing ad hooks & copy
Testing landing pages
Writing advertorials
Creating emails for your list
Contacting influencers & UGC creators
These are where I’m sure 80% of your time goes (or should be) as these are the things that generate and convert traffic.
