You’ve heard the saying “People buy from people they know, like, and trust” right?
Of course you have.
So today I’m going to teach you how you can get more customers to know, like, and trust your brand.
This isn’t going to cost you a lot of money (no more money on re-targeting ads).
It won’t even take that long to make them like you either.
I’m obviously talking about email… SURPRISE!
But how does this help you?
Well, for someone to trust your brand they need to see you 7 times (rule of 7).
So you, as a business owner, need to maximise the amount of people that are exposed to your company 7 times so they can cross this trust threshold and buy from you.
To hit people with re-targeting ads 7 times is expensive.
Getting them to see your social media organic posts 7 times is sporadic and unpredictable (not to mention reliant upon an algorithm that you don’t control).
What are your other options?
Have a physical store on a busy street and wait for people to walk past 7 times?
That won’t scale (if you’re at the level to scale a brick & mortar store idk why you’re on this newsletter)
So the answer is email.
Here’s why:
You own the list
It’s personal and targeted (compared to social media & ads)
Everyone has an email address (4.26 billion people to be exact)
99% of people check their inbox daily.
It’s dirt cheap
If you simply collect the email of 10% of the people who visit your site, and have an 8 email long welcome flow over the next couple of weeks…
BOOM! You just exposed them to your brand 7+ times.
They now like & trust you. More than likely they’ve bought from you.
And now you can continue to market to them for cheap and get them to buy again & again & again & again.
Using email is an absolute no-brainer.
